A $3.00 convenience fee will be added to cover the cost of this service. Fees will be assessed when you "download" and view a document at the statutory rate of $2 for the first page and $1 for each additional page. 

**There will be a $25.00 pre-authorization charge placed on your card. You will not be charged $25.00, you will only be charged for the cost of the documents plus the $3.00 convenience fee.**

Although LandShark works with other systems, Internet Explorer will let you view pages in Documents that have an ID PROTECT on them, where other systems may only show a blank page.

All of the Deeds, Miscellaneous, and Land Contracts are available back to Volume 1, when searching by volume and page or document number, as they have not been indexed. All other recordings including our first recording from 1883 can be accessed by our manual books.

In Washburn County, anything recorded prior to January, 1994 has been entered only.  The information has not been verified.
